We look at all retail properties including big box outlet, regional and neighborhood shopping centres, strip mall centres and mixed use.  We will consider debt service from 1.15 times and up for both construction and term financing.  Pre-leasing and equity requirements are flexible based on the credit parameters of the specific transaction.

• Our loan amounts typically up to 80% Loan to Value and 85% Loan to Cost
• Permanent Term 1 to 20 years and Construction Terms up to 2 years
• Amortization 15 to 30 years
