- $9 million construction loan with a chartered bank, including
- $2 million of mezz from our core private funds PLUS
- $4 million dollar 75% LTV inventory loan for the unsold units after the project was finished and registered.
This cleared the way for an equity take-out and an orderly sale of the remaining homes over the next 12 months.
