Scott Cameron is the President and founder of Cameron
Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd. Prior to starting the
company in 2004, he was a founding partner in one of Canada's
leading mortgage banking firms with assets of over $12 billion
under administration. Scott is a member of the Tarion
Warranty Corporation a nd a past board member of the
Greater Toronto
Homebuilders Association (BILD). He holds a BA from the
University of Toronto and An MBA from the Richard Ivey School of
Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Stephen Camp–Vice President

Stephen Camp is responsible
for loan production at Cameron Stephens. Stephen has
more than 20 years experience in the real estate financing
industry with many of Canada's leading financial firms,
including the Toronto Dominion Bank, First City Trust
and MCAP/CDP Capital. Stephen holds an undergraduate
degree in urban planning from the University of Waterloo
and is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at
York University (MBA).
Charles Blue–Vice President, Mortgage

Charles Blue is responsible for mortgage banking.
Charles has over 14 years experience in the industry through the
Bank of Montreal, CIBC and Societe Generale. He holds an MBA
from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFA charter
holder.
Carolyn Montgomery–Assistant Vice President

Carolyn Montgomery is responsible for the underwriting and
performance monitoring of the mortgage portfolio.
Prior to joining Cameron Stephens she was an AVP in
construction lending at a major mortgage banking firm.
Carolyn holds a BA in economics from the University of
Guelph.

Brad Sinclair has over 15 years of business experience. He is
responsible for finance, technology and investor relations.
Brad is currently working towards obtaining his CMA designation.
