- $2.4MM, 5-year takeout mortgage on the Admiral’s Walk Clubhouse.
- $800,000 mezz loan behind a $7.1 million construction loan on their 36-townhouse Reserve Collection. LTV: 85% and LC: 93%.
- $1MM mezz loan behind a $8.1MM primary loan on the Marina Village Collection – two 36-unit buildings.
- A land loan on undeveloped property west of the Newcastle, which Kaitlin plans to develop in the future.
