We look at all industrial properties including multi tenant space, single-user, industrial/office space, owner occupied and build-to-suit and mixed use.  We will consider debt service from 1.15 times and up for both construction and term financing.  Pre-leasing and equity requirements are flexible based on the credit parameters of the specific transaction.

• Our loan amounts typically up to 80% Loan to Value and 85% Loan to Cost
• Permanent Term 1 to 20 years and Construction Terms up to 2 years
• Amortization 15 to 30 years
