Carolyn is responsible for the underwriting and performance monitoring of the mortgage portfolio. Most recently she was an AVP in construction lending at a major mortgage banking firm. She holds a BA in economics from the University of Guelph. A key contributor on the risk management side, Carolyn helps to establish the terms and conditions of every deal and ensure that the inherent risk is properly mitigated on every stakeholder’s behalf.
